For some reason the website still won't work on my computer, but I was able to book a studio for September on my phone!

I can get in and it's showing that my dates are available, but when I select the stay, I get an error. This is torturous!

I wanted to offer another timeline for anyone who might be curious. 2/8 - Offer accepted 2/24 - Passed ROFR 3/23 - Closed 4/10 - Called and got my member number, but it also came in the mail that day.

I don't know the full answer to this, but I can tell you that I waited until after we passed ROFR to send funds to the title company.

My almost 6 year old still uses a stroller for every trip (and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon). The City Mini is a great choice for older kids.

Definitely appropriate for a 4 and 6 year old. I took my 3 year old and he did just fine. It is quite mild. They may not like it, but it's definitely worth a try.
