We always bring water bottles into the parks. You can get cups of ice water for free at just about every QS location.

Like others have said, we rarely go at night. We did that once and it was crazy busy and that was well before the expansion. We usually go first thing in the morning, have breakfast at Earl of Sandwich and then shop until lunch time.
