Whispering Canyon Cafe.. Lunch or Dinner?

Just curious as to your thoughts about Whispering Canyon Cafe's lunch vs Dinner. Which is better, or are they equally as good? Is the "fun" stuff the same for each (ie. ketchup bottles, etc...). We are on a tight budget this trip, and my girls want to go here. See that the lunch prices are lower, but the menu is slightly different.

Second question.. as to menu.. for lunch, what is the "Seasonal All you care to enjoy" platter?

We were in a similar situation a few years ago - wanted to try WCC but the dinner prices were a little on the high side for a place that gets fairly mixed reviews. We tried lunch and enjoyed the food but the "antics" were definitely lacking. We have had dinner at WCC several times since then and have loved it every time.

Not really sure what the "seasonal" all you can enjoy platter means
