If you know you will be back in a year or two and would maybe wait.

We are back again in 2 weeks. My DD still talks about the tea party - we are not doing the party again but have booked for the afternoon tea at the GF.

Will try and post some pics of the regular tea when we get back.

You've convinced me to reserve a space for my granddaughter & her mom (my daughter) this June. DGD has been to WDW with us at least 3 times - DD hasn't been since she was about 13 or so - and we certainly didn't know about any of the extras at WDW then.
Have been trying to think of something special for the 2 of them. This will be the perfect surprise.

Am I reading correctly that the price of the tea has now been reduced to $175 from $249?? Has anyone been since the decrease? I'm wondering if or how the experience has changed. Strongly considering this for my dd who will be turning 5 in jan of next year.

I just make a reservation on Jan 31 for 1 adult & 1 child, and the total price was $264.56 including tax & gratuity.

Our reservation is in July, so I don't know if any particulars have changed. Nothing was mentioned when I called. I hope nothiing has changed. I'll be watching this thread just in case....

Were you looking at the Allears page? Her wording about the pricing is a little confusing because she has it broken down into adult & child even though the booking is done together. The base price is one adult and one child, at $264 and change.

The only time the individual adult or child pricing would matter is if you're adding on to that base package, to include a sibling for example. When we go back, we'll be booking that $264 + the additional $175 for an extra child (don't tell DH about those prices ) because my older DD who has already done the tea wants to be there when we take younger DD.
