We might run into each other. We check into the BWI on Monday 12/10 and we are doing MK that afternoon/night.

I am also trying to figure out a godd/inexpensive hotel for the 26(Disney requires us to get 2 so we look for a suite or cheaper hotel w/2 rms). we check out of Disney but since we drive, we do spend the day at the parks until we are tired or feel ready to go(I have even thrown around adding a day to the passes).

Try looking at the Hyatt Place near the airport. They have HUGE suite style rooms and are usually under $100 a night. We have stayed there several times and really enjoy it (and the free breakfast is a bonus).

You summed it up perfectly. I go from being really excited to being bummed out that it's going to fly by. And then what!!?

It's okay. You will always be the Duran Duran guy to me. And molitva will always be Edward James Olmos. And I am a little disappointed that PrincessAurora isnt wearing a tiara in her real life picture.

Bummer about Josh and MVMCP! I've read last years about 10x over Guess I just need to make it 11.

I will miss the daily trip planning and chatting too. See this is all very sad! I realized this weekend how much time I spent a day just looking at Disney related stuff. I decided I needed to prepare to have another hobby once this trip is over. I started playing WoW again to prepare myself.

Hehe so I just pictured people either doing some generic bird call or coughing their DIS name....

I think if we didn't have extended family it would be easier for him and them- but I honestly think they are all weirded out by the Internet. My MIL gets all worried when I get stuff of of Craigslist - it's like I'm meeting these people in the front of Walmart not some back alley at midnight!.. I don't know why people get all freaked out- I guess it's the unknown :

It would freak out my family too. . DH is used to it now, but he is pretty shy around strangers. My dad actually met someone online, had an affair and left. So my family were all pretty skittish around the internet. It took a long time to convince my mom that the internet didnt have to be used for evil. I am not sure my grandparents are convinced. But they do appreciate hearing updates about our extended family that we get via fb.

I love seeing pics of everyone!

Here's mine. I also just took it with the camera phone and I have no make up on. I tried to go through my pics but the only things I could find were the professional shots that were done. I tend to hate pics of myself.

I'm the same way. You'll rarely find pictures of me without DS6 or DH in them, I only like group shots to prove to DS that his parents actually existed on these vacations and he didn't grow up alone ... because he's the cutie (and DH when he bothers to shave/put on contacts/etc which is rarely since DS was born). In my head I always look like I looked in the mirror that morning, only a bit skinnier, then when the pictures prove me wrong I'm upset ... oh what island breezes do to my hair!

I know exactly what you mean. I'm almost the same way, not super emotional but just don't want it to be here quite yet because its been so awesome planning it. I realized that my travelling companion (who is a good friend all the time) and I talk the most when we have a trip coming up in the next few months but its those times that we really get into the minutiae of each other's lives then tend to not talk as often when we get back to reality since we live so far away and are busy, and I really miss the support and camaraderie. This group has been just great, too.
Plus its just the whole "looking forward to it for 2 years" thing ... how can I give up having something so BIG to look forward to ... we'll keep on planning the Disney trips but its not the same as the 2 week one that had almost everything we ever wanted to do in one shot ... Disneyland is more routine, in a great way, its really like going "home" ... but doesn't have the same "wow" as the newness of exploring the new kingdom of WDW.
