We will be at AKL the 8th & 9th then check into Pop on the 10th. We are going to MVMCP on Dec 11th which is our anniversary!

We have never been at Christmas before so we are super excited!

DH says I'm stressing over nothing!! They are both very good guys and I know they won't do anything they're not supposed to! I'm one of those type A Personalities and I'm worried about them keeping the house somewhat clean and washing their clothes and using the dishwasher - also keeping the cat pan scooped and making sure they have food and water, AND not letting the bird starve!!! I know - I've just got to let it go! LOL!

We'll, I'm thinking they won't do most of those until the night before you come home. But as long as they don't let the bird starve, you'll never know. *lol*

I hate to admit that I'm almost sad that people are leaving for their trips. I don't want to acknowledge that in 3 weeks time, Disney will be all over for me and most of us

Welcome! Happy Anniversary on the 11th! We'll be there the 9-15th and MVMCP on the 11th...hoping to be the couple getting engaged, at 12midnight, on 12/12/12!

and here's a recent pic of DBF and I at a game over the weekend... excuse the bangs... trying to get used to the new haircut bangs, what was I thinking... lol...

Thinking about changing around our plans for Dec 8... thinking about cancelling our RFC ADR and moving it to like 12, so we could do DTD in the morning and then go to AK in the evening I really wanted to do a late day at AK plus then DD could maybe get a nap in the room before we head there... any opinions on this??? We will be staying at SSR that day??? AK closes at 7 that day.

Guess I should add RFC ADR was and would be at DTD.

I think that sounds like a great plan! You can sleep in a bit in the morning before hitting DTD and seeing AK after dark would be loads of fun!

Ok, so I"m pretty much packed and I've already printed out our boarding passes. Now I'm wondering if packing my can of mousse is ok. The can says "contents under pressure". Yet I need it for my hair. Anyone know if it's ok to pack that?

You can pack it. If it's going in carry on it has to be under 3 oz and fit in a quart size zip lock bag with your other liquids and gels though.

I'd use duct tape or packing tape to tape the lid to the can down securely, then put the whole thing in a zip lock bag. With the lid taped down there's little chance of it getting knocked around and accidently spraying mousse everywhere, and even if it does leak the ziplock bag will keep it from getting all over everything else.

i have a lot of catching up after being away yesterday.....I went on and then called to book a QS Fantasmic.....the CS was a bit in the dark.....as it sits, she saiid that it was only for the 26-1(and only 2 showings a day-they are now having 3), I then told her the dates that are posted and she argued with me....right now, I have it set for the 26, but will be calling back to possibly change it to an earlier day....I know things are getting crazy as we get closer to xmas, but......

I am also trying to figure out a godd/inexpensive hotel for the 26(Disney requires us to get 2 so we look for a suite or cheaper hotel w/2 rms). we check out of Disney but since we drive, we do spend the day at the parks until we are tired or feel ready to go(I have even thrown around adding a day to the passes). In the past we have just gone with the flow and found something. this year I am really trying to be on top of things and to be a bit less stressful. Kids are wanting to make a quick trip down to Miami/Hollywood area so thought we would get our hotel in Orlando area for the 26 and maybe the 27 before we head back up North to the cold!....any thoughts or input would be nice....

Kids countdown doesnt include today and is at 19 me I am at 20 because I can still get things done today!
