We'll be there August 14-20th, staying at Wyndham Bonnet Creek. Cant wait!

Heading to POR with DH, DS (16) and DD (12) August 4-10. Can't wait! Haven't been to WDW for almost five years. DD will be turning 13 while we're there. The plan is for it to be a surprise trip for DS and DD, but I can already tell it's going to be really hard to do that! I want to share the excitement! So, I will share it here.

We can now all celebrate AK will be open after dark, Soaring and Frozen will also be open and we should all have a shot of getting into Tiffins if we wish to. Now the unknown is if we'll get ROL or ROL light aka the interim JB show.

Hoping the park hours haven't been updated yet. Seems like the parks are closing early considering it's summer time. Like others I've read on this board, we like to take midday breaks and head back for late nights when it's much cooler. Any idea on if or when Disney will extend August park hours?

We've worked out the logistics and will be vacationing with our adult children at Beach Club from August 10th-15th! What's better that spending time with those you love re-living old memories and making new ones!
