OMG run to Fu! It's the best in TLV and I am a total sushi snob. In Jerusalem, I used to go to Sushi Rahavea which is so-so (and kosher). I believe I've been to Sushiya too - is that the one that used to be near the old Adom location? Sorry the names are not coming to me lol But I generally steered clear of sushi in Jerusalem as there are much better food choices, IMO.I've never been to a sushi place in Tel Aviv so I wouldn't know but I enjoy the Jerusalem sushi if only because I don't have any other options
We used to have Sakura which was most definitely not kosher AT ALL and was very good but they recently closed down And now we have the "Sushiya" which is by no means quality sushi but it's ok if you're really craving shrimp maki
Do you live here or were you just visiting??
I lived there for 3 years but have been back in the US for the last 2 so its been a while since I've been to these places
