Boardwalk question…Are the Surrey Bikes back available for rent currently? We visited in January and they were closed. We are here now and thinking about hitting the Boardwalk today and like the bikes.

Is it a possibility for it to “sell out”? Example: We are at MK Sunday and then around 1:00pm decide we want to add Genie+ via the app, could I do that also?
