I’ll be staying at Pop Century for marathon weekend as well. My first stay was there last January for a gymnastics meet trip. Loved the Skyliner!

SAFD: I find something different each time. It might be a new restaurant that I have always wanted to try (like CG at fireworks) or my dream resort (WL) or a tour. Just a new experience to keep it new and exciting. Plus lots of snacks and drinks!

I’m a bit late to the thread but I wanted to post since I am officially running my first runDisney race, which just happens to be my first marathon as well. I would love to get some advice from those seasoned veterans as well as meet some other runDisney newbies!

We will be there for a gymnastics meet that is held at ESPN WWoS. Yes, same time as Pro Bowl activities! Not sure exactly how big the meet is but that is also bringing in families. I was hoping for a "slow" trip as we usually go in the summer but like was said above, it doesn't seem like there...

I'm very sorry to hear of Steve's Dad's passing. Your trip schedule sounds amazing. Sadly, I arrive on 1/23 so no chance of trying to meet you. However, I've never been in January so it will be a fun experience. Can't wait to read all about your adventures in 2020.

So happy you had a great trip with lots of Dis meets. When I first joined Dis boards, I read all of Billies trip reports. She seems like such a fun person to hang out with.

Those donuts are the best! When were we there over the summer, we ate them almost every day. I don’t understand what makes them so yummy.
