Glad he FINALLY got there!! And a good thing he got the memo on the anniversary shirt. He probably knew he would be toast if he showed up wearing anything else!

Sounds like it was an enjoyable evening!!

So with the FP for enchanted tales with belle, what do you skip from the normal line?

i thought i was the only one up so late tonight!

i'm not really sure what all you miss because we've never gone through the real line, but i guess you go through belle's house and there are cute things to look at--a book, things out in the cottage, etc. I've read on other TRs that it's pretty well done and cute to see.

ETA: DH knew he HAD to wear his shirt! besides "don't miss your flight", the only other instructions i left him were "don't forget your magic band and WEAR THIS SHIRT!" (2 out of 3--i shouldn't really complain, right? )i really wanted to get a picture of us in them, back to the camera, looking towards the castle, but that didn't happen. maybe next time.....

So glad that DH finally made it! And took photos on his way in too... Not sure my DH would do that?

Ok - LOVE, love, love the ride photos and video on SDMT... Disney started doing that about a week after we left - I was so bummed. The whole time we were there - it made NO sense to me that they had this awesome new ride and no ride photos... Then boom - they were available. Oh well next time. Yours turned out great! I love the clarity of them.

Yay for HM with no wait... Our waits for it weren't too long either - which was nice. I heard rumors that the ring is no longer there? Not sure if it's true or not? I've never looked for it/found it either.

Figures- you'd get a great spot for MSEP, then one would be sleeping... Glad they made it back to the resort and got to go to bed early... bummer that it was a long wait with a heavy/sleeping child = no fun for dad.

That picture of Maddie asleep is too cute. I can't believe she slept in DH arms all that way; I wish I could still sleep like that. Actually, if we're wishing for stuff, I wish I had someone to carry me around while I slept like that! :rofl:

Glad that Rich finally got there and seems that, while only having limited time, the girls had fun going on rides with him.

Those are some nice ride photos from the Mine Train! Kinda bummed they didn't have that set up for our last trip. The whole pictures automatically being added is a little freaky to me as well - especially since Disney claims they don't use the magic bands to track you and the pictures come up automatically even if you don't us FP+ and thus don't scan your MB. So, um, if they aren't tracking you how do they know what picture to attach? (me thinks they aren't being 100% truthful when they say they don't track you)

You definitely got a lot done so not surprised there were some tired eyes!

I also love the mine train pics! I kind of stopping reading about new things when we canceled our trips, so I had no idea you didn't have to scan your band to get the photos. Not sure how I feel about that one. But the pics are really neat and the video is awesome!

I swear Hannah has the biggest personality I have ever seen in a little girl. I am pretty sure she will be an actress someday! Those ETWB pics are priceless! She is a character, I love it! Maddie was pretty adorable in her pics too!

yes, I loved the 7D pics! they were so good! and the video was so fun too. I didn't think i'd like the video, but I really love watching it, and the girls think it's so awesome that they're in a video!

I didn't know that about the ring. I usually always forget or it's dark. oh well....

I tried so hard to keep her awake, but it just wasn't happening. rich said his back was killing him when we got back to the room. what a good daddy carrying that load all that way. why does it seem like they gain 20 pounds as soon as they fall asleep?!?

I swear, maddie has known how to use my phone better then I do since she was born!

I still have a bib that my SIL gave Hannah that says drama queen on it. it definitely fits her personality!

so while maddie was dreaming pixie dusted dreams and rich was lugging her back to the room, hannah and i were enjoying our first ever time watching the main street electrical parade! i took some pictures, but they didn't turn out very well. rich bought a new camera right before the trip and i wasn't sure on how to use it. my phone had died during ETWB, so i was trying to figure out how to use the new camera in the dark and didn't do such a great job. we enjoyed the parade, but i have to admit, i don't feel like we'll need to see it every trip. here's some of my passable pictures......

and then our first day in the magical magic kingdom was done......

we didn't have much pixie dust on the way out. i probably would have just sat and waited for the crowds to die down, but hannah was pretty tired, so we headed out to the buses with everyone else. when we got to the line for POPs bus, it went from it's stop (28, i think) all the way up to 31 or something crazy like that. it was insane. we had to wait for about 3 buses (the double ones) before we got on and then we had to stand. do they purposefully drive as slow as molasses when people are standing? because it felt like that bus ride would never end. when we finally made it back to our room, i was exhausted! i gave hannah a quick shower (seriously, we were all covered in sweat and disney germs--it was bad) and got her in bed. i jumped in the shower, got in bed and was out within seconds! it was a long, awesome first whole day at disney!
