Name at least 3 ADRs you reserve every WDW stay...looking to broaden my horizons.

Currently, Toledo and Three Bridges may be the only 2 we have done every trip since they opened. I do like to switch around, particularly with Signatures. Since the 1980's it used to be tradition to do Rose & Crown but since they don't open for lunch anymore, it's no longer on our list. 😢

We don't do these every time - we're also trying to branch out - but these are some of our favourites:
Teppan Edo
Trattoria al Forno (breakfast only)
Tiffins
Jiko
Boma (I prefer breakfast to other meals there)
Jaleo
Ale & Compass - mostly for breakfast
Il Mulino
Raglan Road
Morimoto Asia
Hollywood Brown Derby
Geyser Point
Grand Floridian Cafe (we've only done breakfast here so far)
Kona Cafe (breakfast)

I've only listed TS restaurants which take ADRs - there are lots of lounges that serve smaller bites that we also go to but I don't think that's what you're looking for. There are others we like or think are fine, but these are the ones that I'd consider favourites. I've also left out those we've only been to once that we enjoyed, as I have to go 2-3 times before it becomes a favourite. Also left out are former favourites that have changed their format to prix fixe (California Grill, Takumi-Tei) or where the recent menus have been meh (Citricos). I am also allergic to all seafood, so we skip anything highly seafood-focused (e.g., Flying Fish, Cape May, Narcoosees).

Our top place is last Year's new place located at Disney Springs, "The Summer House on the Lake, " which has excellent food that also includes fantastic warm cookies for dessert and a wonderful atmosphere. Second best for dinner in our opinion is the Boathouse and third for us would be Steakhouse 71 for both breakfast and dinner. Can't help but also put in a plug for Boma, Ale & Compass and the Floridian Cafe for breakfast.

My DH is nutty about Biergarten (rest of us not so much) so every other trip we go there, we like Tiffins and Tucker House for character meals. Skipper canteen at MK

We prefer table service and tend to mostly eat at them.
Flying Fish consistently the best meal we have had.
Narcossee I love the cherry almond cheesecake and firework/electric water pageant views.
Homecomin’ DH loves the fried chicken (we live in New England so we don’t get a lot of fried chicken) and we both love the orange crush drink.
Honorable mention is Bluezoo.

The only one that is a must do every trip is Rainforest at Animal Kingdom. We've been going there since my grandkids were 5 & 6 years old. They are now 23 & 24 & it is still their first request.
We have done a variety of restaurants (lots of character buffets) over the years. Ohana dinner was a favorite but my large group all were very disappointed the last two years so probably won't go back there for a very long time.

We don't make ADRs in advance, just day of. It's fun to play restaurant roulette. And, yes, we have always done this even when my son was a toddler so even with kids it's doable. If we want a TS meal, day of around 3 or so we just hop on MDE and see what's available either at the time we want or the park we want or the resort we want. We actually used to go to GS and have them do it for us but it's easier on MDE now. We have discovered some places we probably wouldn't have thought of otherwise.

Raglan Road - We always have a blast there and love their food. A must on every trip.

Steakhouse 71 - We recently had lunch there. It was okay, but not as good as usual IMO. DH enjoyed it though.

Homecoming - Haven’t been there for a few trips; will try for lunch on our January visit.

Geyser Point - We really enjoy the atmosphere. We’re staying at the WL on our next trip, so will be there at least once.

MK - Liberty Tree Tavern, Be Our Guest, Tony’s.
Epcot - Space220, Chefs de France, Le Cellier, Tutto Italia.
DHS - 50’s PTC and Hollywood Brown Derby.
AK - Rainforest Cafe.
Disney Springs - The Boathouse.
AKL - Boma breakfast and dinner.
YC -Ale & Compass breakfast.
WL - Whispering Canyon Cafe breakfast.

Wow...really appreciate the thoughtful responses...and I appreciate the geyser point mention..that bison burger is a tradition now.
Summerhouse on the lake does look really good. ..Springs is a dilemma...so much goodness .almost hate to sit down anywhere...but Polite pig...will keep chef.art smiths for the cheddar biscuit thighs and moonshine.. will always stop at Raglan/cookes..and trex to witness extinction at that awesome bar...

Awesome ideas so far..we have been to most of the places mentioned ...I wish we could do hoop de do every time.. I try to make it worth it with the amount of beers I try to consume..but the servers can't keep up lol..and my kids eat like 2 pieces of chicken and they're full...LOVE the show.
Cali grill used to be on the list..but that pre fixe menu isn't as appealing now.
Have never tried liberty tree..in fact never ate table service in MK...always get stuffed at the egg roll.cart or Casey's. Might be worth a try..
Have been to steakhouse 71 for breakfast...really good..but it made me miss the Wave...
Liberty Tree is basically Thanksgiving. Skippers Canteen has ai bit more adventurist menu.

Top three must do:
Olivia's (every trip for last 30 years)
Kona Cafe (most trips, breakfast only}
Liberty Tree Tavern

Family of 4, 2 adults (43 and 42) and 2 boys (8 and 12).

1. Sci-fi at Hollywood studios, my boys love the ambience and the burgers
2. Space 220 (we went once and loved it, might go back next time if I get one ADR)
3. Topolino's breakfast

Our favorites that are always or almost always on the list include:
  • Teppan Edo (Epcot)
  • Steakhouse 71 (Contemporary - for MK days)
  • Rainforest Cafe or Yak & Yeti (AK)
  • 50s Prime Time (HS)

Good ones...#2 and #3 are really difficult to get...but I prefer the 220 lounge (which is infinitely harder to get). Did Topolinos breakfast once and LOVED it! Sci-fi was ok. but the food was meh (except those onion rings). As mentioned in the OP our family likes Mama Melrose the most out of the HS TS options (but all prefer Baseline overall haha).
Thanks!
