First of all congrats on baby #3! I am currently expecting #2 and have been sick as a dog the entire time, just like with my first, both girls, so maybe you'll get your princess!
I also wanted to say so sorry about your mom. My mom is currently going through treatments for stage 4 lung and brain cancer. Her long term prognosis is not great so we are just taking each day as it comes. It's one of the hardest things I have ever done. Planning our fall trip is one of the only things that gets me through each day.

Your trip sounds great! I think it's a wonderful idea to take advantage of the values while you can - and a sports resort with two boys is an excellent plan! Your last trip as a family of four will be super special, but so will your first trip as a family of five!
I LOVE your dining choices! We've been to 'Ohana twice - we aren't returning next trip only to branch out a bit, but we really enjoyed it both times. The salad (which it appears is back?), wings, shrimp, and dessert were my favorites.
50's Prime Time is a must-do for us - Anika LOVES the chicken! I'm a big fan of the pot roast, and both of us adore the onion ring appetizer. The shakes are also AWESOME - but they're HUGE so you could certainly buy one and split it for everyone to have a taste. I'm not a huge fan of the desserts so we'll probably skip dessert here and get a cupcake from Starring Rolls instead, but the S'mores dessert wasn't too bad.
I can't wait to see what you think about the WCC breakfast - I've heard nothing but good things! I've booked breakfast here during our May trip and I'm pretty excited about it!

As you know, we had our thirst last July ... and then went to Disney in August so not sure I am the best one to give advice
Actually, one tip I do have is to play around with different car seat configurations, etc. and some stores will let you take the floor models out to your car to see how they fit. By doing that we figured out a set that worked fitting three across the back of my sedan (Kia Optima) which I didn't think was possible.
Only other thing I can say is we had a lot of people telling us going from 2 to 3 wasn't a big deal, but I have found it kinda has been - it's been great but also can be challenging as we now have to play zone defense at times.
Oh, we've also found Disney Infinity can be a good distraction when we need to spend more time with the baby
oh, and I think your plans sound pretty darn good. We enjoyed the 'Ohana dinner - though not a fan of the new lettuce cups they have. But the wings and pot-stickers are great and the meat - especially the pork - was much better than it has been in the past. And of course the bread pudding is amazing!
50s prime time is great too - hopefully you get a good CM waiting on you (most are at least pretty good but some better than others) .... assuming you want to have fun with them that is. The chicken is really good and the sample is a good option too. The desserts are pretty big there.

How exciting for your family!!!! Love the picture...it's adorable! And you all look so happy. Sorry about the morning sickness, but at least you know it will eventually go away....hopefully sooner than later, right?! I think your February trip sounds fabulous. Your boys will enjoy AsSp. Any trip to Disney is a good trip no matter where you stay. 
But, I believe God gave me this baby (total surprise lol!) at the right time. I have a horrible thing to focus on but a joyous one as well.

Thank you, this has been so very hard. My momma is my best friend! I am just being there the best I can be and like you said make the memories while we can. Cancer is just so hard, I hate watching someone I love so much suffer so badly
)) How sweet. I think that God does give you certain things at the right time. You have to take care of yourself and that baby to be able to take care of your mom <3
