I just left the imaging center about 20 minutes ago. The results-
I have areas of calcifications that are not a concern. Another small area of calcifications they can’t fully determine, so they want to keep watch on it. I will have another mammogram in 6 months.
I am breathing a huge sigh of relief.
The imaging center has a basket full of these in the waiting room.

Charade, that is such good news. Keeping an eye on it is reassuring and understandable given the family history, but happy to hear it`s a good result.
I hope your derm appointment goes well and you get some help!!!
Yes, it's sad that is the best solution most of the time. We've done that option too, but not happily
And the dog's name is Molly? Robin's dog is named Molly that's why I remembered. I love dogs, especially if they are as well behaved as that Molly was. I think it's interesting that dogs avoid your dining room. They seem to have better senses than we do. I wonder why the dining room????
9 more days now. Yea! That's no time at all now
Mardi gras would be fun at Universal. Let us know if you get to go!
Yes, it sounds like carbon monoxide poisoning, which is horrible. At first, I thought it was murder and suicide. Very sad indeed.
Charade I'm so glad for your good news. I have to have a mammo every year due to fibrocystic breast disease and they always check out the calcification. They are very careful to keep an eye on those things, for which I am grateful. So happy for you
Pumpkin: I love shopping trips where you have nothing in mind and just look for good deals. I like thrifting too with my daughter. Those trips are such fun with laughter and good food too!
Robo, you are so lucky to be able to spend the day at the KSC. I've never been but it is on my bucket list. I enjoyed your pictures of the KSC, thank you
A hello to Lynne and Mac!!!!
I just got my Long hair cut this AM, and I love it. It hits at my jaw line and is layered all over. I got it cut just in time for another cold spell! Oh well, it's that time of year for schizophrenic weather.
Doing laundry now and looking out at the snow under my clothesline, sigh..... I can't wait til I can get out and hang things in the fresh air. Of course, with the thaw out comes the bears out of hibernation.
I hope that this year they don't decide to roam in our yard all summer, like last year. That was no fun. Usually, they wander through looking for food in the Spring and then don't come back. If they find food, they will recheck. We didn't put bird seed out in the spring last year, but they were a nuisance anyway!
Have a good week everyone and keep warm! (except for those lucky ones who live in the warm climates, lol)
ruth
lol, yes, she`s called Molly and Robin`s dog is Molly too?? She is so well behaved, our home is not exactly dog friendly, but my friends do bring their dogs occasionally. Only one really reacts to the dining room, Poppy the springer spaniel, they also have her brother George and Kaiser the large German Shepherd who is part guard dog. Poppy will growl and be weird, but the other two aren`t as reactive. Who knows lol.....not sure I want to find out why, but it doesn`t bother me.
Happy new haircut!!! Yes, it does give you a boost getting a new style, I do like my shorter hair after having it longer for so many years.
Tom put out my washing lines a few days ago, I did hang out my first washing of the year yesterday, the sun was gorgeous, but still too cold for it to dry properly, so finished it in the dryer, but like you, I love getting the washing dry on the line. Although we don`t need to worry about bears at least!!!

Admit to loving the 1st generation of Pokémon, youngest DS still has his charzard card in hand, surprised he hasn’t sold it by now. Does have big collection of various genres, his man cave is stuffed with his various collections…it was inevitable, in our genes lol
Bought 2 doz eggs today “on sale” for $5 a dozen. Like hitting the lottery! Lol
I say that every time a beloved pet passes. Have always opened up our hearts to one that needs a home, will call it destiny.
That’s a profitable hobby to have! I stalked for a decent deal on that secret bonus cruise for the mr’s BD. Had almost given up and veered to Myrtle Beach instead. Looking forward to it.
Love The Animals, House of the Rising Sun has been a favorite since I was a kid and heard that “new” to me, such a soulful, bluesy sound on the car radio one day. Never looked back
Shocking
So happy for you!
The owner called my DH yesterday who “conveniently” missed the call. Lol. We all laughed, as he knows how forgiving my DH is. I’m his pit bull, somebody has to play “bad cop”.
All good, let’s just say he saw the light, we are square. To think that little um shoot as a kid, would sat at my table and eat me out of homemade cookies. Hmmph
Me too, hadn’t heard otherwise. Guilty as charged tho, you mind does tend to go there in these times.
Nice! You are blessed with such lovely, thick hair. Absolutely perfect for that sort of style. I do think once women get to a certain age that longer, straight hair does tend to date them. Meanwhile, a bob seems made for them. Wish my hair was thick enough to layer, file that under grass is always greener…
Mac - I give credit to those who are brave enough to travel solo. Have never had an issue finding family to come along, fact that it’s all usually on my dime probably sweetens that pot lol
Can’t say I’m comfortable with even flying by myself. I’ve always been surprised there isn’t a thread here, a consolidated sort for U & WDW, where people interested in meeting up with others the parks can post their dates and make plans via PM.
Glad you got it sorted, but must leave a nasty sting given the connection to him. I did laugh at you being the bad cop lol....we swap being bad cop depending on what it`s concerning, he is better at it though than I am.
I always thought your hair was layered, it always sits so nicely!! Agree, longer hair does age one and lack of colour or the wrong colour does the same. I don`t think I`ll grow mine too long again.
Long day today and I am glad it’s almost over. This morning I dropped my car at the shop for an oil change and brake flush. Dh and I had breakfast at waffle house and then went to Walmart so he could buy some shorts for our trip. I’m a little annoyed at him. He had plenty of shorts from our last trip but donated them all to charity. He seems to need shorts every time we take a trip. Next we spent a little over 2 hours at the imaging center. That was fun (insert sarcasm here), but at least the results were good. Then we went to the running store so dh could get a new pair of shoes. I hope he has time to break them in before the trip. We then went to the mall where I did a little shopping while dh went back to the running store to get his phone that he had left. Finally home and I was going to take a nap, but the mechanic called and said my car was ready. Dh dropped me off at the auto shop and he went to the gym. I tried to nap when I got home, but couldn’t fall asleep. When dh got back from the gym we all went to dinner. After dinner I did some stitching while we watched North By Northwest. I fell asleep during the movie, so now I am wide awake again.
Very sad indeed. I hope their family is able to get some answers soon.
I hate this roller coaster weather. I never know what season to keep in my closet.
I had finally gotten comfortable flying by myself, but the plane crashes this year are making me nervous again.
Sounds like a fun, summer cut. I hope the weather warms up soon for you. I am way overdue for a haircut.
Caspian slept through the movie and now thinks it is play time. This may be a long night.
Crikey you did have a busy day!! Tom is simple buying shorts, four pairs of the same colour and he`s done!! I wish my clothes shopping was as easy.
I love North by Northwest, that alongside Strangers on a Train and Marnie are three of my favourite movies. Hope you got back to sleep though.
I could have chatted to Charade during the night, our milkman woke us up around 2.30, very early for them as it`s usually around 5/5.30 they deliver and once I heard them I couldn`t get back over. They had a different vehicle and it was incredibly noisy!! Tom went down and brought in the milk, 30 eggs, two of their butters and cream, but couldn`t fall over!
So, hoping to get through the day without a nap, it`s going to be far too nice to do that.
One of our Goddaughters is home so driving over to see her at her parents house and one of my nieces is stopping over tonight on her way to London, bit of a detour for them but she seemed keen to do it, it`s been a good week for seeing loved ones.
Early poached egg on toast this morning, already on my third cuppa, it`s a chilly one again so still wearing the winter coat, hat and scarf until further notice it seems. After seeing the Goddaughter we`ll pick up some steaks from the butcher as we have my niece and her partner for dinner, they`re not staying with us though, leaving around 7.
And that`s Friday!!
It is lovely seeing that sunrise getting earlier and so pretty, definite signs spring is close!!
Have a lovely Friday
