I'm kinda excited about the Hall offering. I'm cautiously optimistic they can't screw it up for me because I basically know nothing about plants, flowers or topiaries so my bar is pretty low lol, they ought to be able to tell me some stuff I don't know.

Last year the festival started on 2/28 and menus were released on 2/16, 12 days prior. We are currently 9 days away so I think tomorrow for sure!

We aren’t doing any ADRs at EPCOT. We are just going to snack around the park.

Looking forward to the F&G menus as well. We do have a mid day ADR booked for Space220 on our EPCOT day, but plan to snack otherwise, and hit the Cake Bake Shop to-go on our way out of the park. I really enjoy all of the food options at the park and surrounding resorts!

I've looked at the menus and it left me wondering if there is some kind of push for more plant based stuff.

3 Daughters Coffee Blonde Ale is back after a several year absence! On the disappointing side at that booth--the Impossible sausage biscuit and gravy are back. Wasn't terrible last year, but not great when compared to real sausage in a biscuit with gravy. Agree with the post above--seems like a good many "plant based" items.

Flower and Garden tends to have a bigger share of it than the other festivals I find. I just wish they had more actual veggie based items instead of the Frankenmeat stuff. It's salty and the texture is always a sensory nightmare to me.

Have any of you ever gone on the first day? Is everything up and running right from the start or is there a transition period. I know that Garden Rocks doesn't start until Day 3.

What's really neat is to go the day before the festival starts, and then the day it starts.

They put some/most stuff up before the first day, but the overnight transformation is impressive, or was in years' past. At the front entrance, a full garden was ripped out and replaced. It is a little crazy how many plants WDW must toss on a regular basis.

For that matter, it is also neat if on any day, you happen to see the gardeners finish up some pruning in the morning.
