Here is my problem with the Receipts Offers right now.
I bought a box of waffles and tried to scan it in a few minutes ago.
Date Dec 7th
Fresh Co
$2.99
Shows up as No Matches
The issue for me is there is no area on the APP turning up for me to submit an inquiry???
This make no sense as it is usually there.
I have a few other receipts I want to scan but I think I'll wait.

I had that happen and I believe if you go to your receipt activity you can click on the reciept there and get the option for them to look at it again. But it has been a long time since I submitted a receipt so it may be gone.

Yep I go to receipts activity and I get only one page which says No Matches... unable to scroll down or find anywhere to submit an inquiry ,,,it's like that option went poof and disappeared.
Taking a break from Airmiles and going to call Monday.

I just placed an order for Amazon and my category is Sports and Outdoors but the Airmiles shoppes shows as Sports and Fitness so I will see what happens. I have another order to place later that is Kitchen and Dining and that is a category.
I found the cutest items to buy for my badminton buddies and I had to buy it today so it will be delivered before my last game on Wednesday. Says it should be delivered by Monday.
Oh and I used my Amazon vouchers that I cashed in points for during the bonus cash in points event so they are free to me.

If I redeem 95 cash miles when making an eligible purchase at Pharmasave, I would have gotten 2 STB transactions done, right?

Pulled this question over from the main thread to see if anyone else has been able to tease out an answer to this. We would need to drive around the city to find one that is an actual brick & mortar presence and hubby managed to bring home a cold that morphed into pneumonia so neither of us is sleeping enough for that!!

Hubby and I couldn't decide ourselves so instead I redeemed miles for an A-mazon gift card that I will use for a toy I've been wanting to get for one of our granddaughter's - not an included category but still need to buy it so it might as well be free!

In that scenario you would have to decide which offer at Pharmasave you want to do
Either
A. instore Airmiles Cash redemption
OR
B. Instore Cash purchase

I do not think you can do both and have them count as 2,,,
this is just my opinion and feel free to ignore it.
Perhaps others can chime in on their thoughts.

"

Thanks Jacqueline and Mel! I read the conditions again and felt they were not stackable if used with the same partner and didn’t use cash miles at Pharmasave today. The Pharmasave website is now updated with store info including whether a store is an Airmiles partner or not. I am able to find one closer by that also sells toys and Christmas stuff.

It's really a Grey area. I personally have erred on the side if caution and made sure that each offer is at a different partner. I hate having to follow up and make my case. Everything I have purchased is things I would have purchased eventually. Exception might be the cokes at Shell for an insurance offer. Still debating those.

Did you try uninstalling the air miles app and reinstalling it? I have had to do that in the past for other air miles app issues. You could also try clearing your history on your phone. Not sure if you have an android or iphone.

Anybody have Dollarama post from the 50 air miles promo for spending $10.00 starting 22 Nov 2024 or is it too soon?

This problem with the linked cards not working is not good. I did the Dollarama with my linked BMO card yesterday and I will wait and see it the 1 air mile posts this week. This card is supposed to be linked automatically. I also did the Dollarama on my son's linked Canadian Mastercard and I am waiting to see it it works also.

Hard to complete 5 partners for STB if linked cards are not being recognized. I relinked my son's Mastercard,

Also at my Dollarama store yesterday the cashier claims gift cards have to be rung up separately now. Claim orders from Head Office. I had to pay for my Disney gift card separate to my other Dollarma shopping.

Yup me too and I plan on linking it just before I shop at Dollarama. Yup it was me who called Airmiles about the issue and it has been referred to service/system support people. Airmiles person said just keep your receipt as proof.

Three done, Shell, redemption of points for an amazon GC & one online shop. The second shop didn't work and I rarely fight for those when it's only a couple AM. I'll be going to Dollarama next weekend to finish Christmas shopping for my nieces, and should be able to do a receipt offer (hopefully it will work).

Rookie mistake

Dh and I were trying to get our xmas shopping done...with Canada post on stirke and living in a smaller centre with limited shopping...we turned to Amazon. I wasn't even thinking....we should have done our Amazon order through the airmiles shop

I will have to check and see if there is anything else I might be able to slip in yet.

But on the other hand - we have all our shopping done now and had it done in one weekend!

Just a heads up for those planning on shopping at Dollarama. If you don't have a BMO linked Mastercard I would check my account as both of the accounts that I watch do not have linked cards anymore. Neither of the accounts is BMO.
I thought it was just my sisters account as she finally converted over to email logon but I checked mine and I had to re-link my card.
Now it may just be a glitch as I linked my card but it still doesn't show it as linked. Guess I will be waiting to shop at Dollarama.

my MC became unlinked too, so if you see it asking you to link a card in the app or on the website link it again.

Road Block
I am wondering about shell's participation lately,,,
I got 30$ in gas for my son yesterday and that should have generated at least 1 airmiles yet nothing is posting to his account.
I might have to do something else for him. (another offer).

I get my miles from Shell day of generally. But I think perhaps you also have to set up their frequent buyer thing...Shell Mobile
