Has anyone else been having trouble with Petsmart posting lately? I did 2 orders in the last 3 weeks for the bonus 100 AM per $100 spend but neither have posted. I’ve never had any issues in the past with Petsmart posting.

I have not had any of my 3 PetSmart purchases ever show up but since it wasn't a big deal I didn't bother. I have also never had any of my Lego purchases show up so I know what stores not to use for the Shop the Block promo.

Well I will be doing one (online PetSmart) tomorrow for STB and I will post in that thread when it posts.
So sorry you have not got any Airmiles for your shops Judy.
I would call Airmiles on that .

I've not had issues in the past. I hope I don't this week because that was one action I was counting on. I always pick my things up in store and I know there is one additional step they have to do at their end to close off the transaction. I always get a "thanks for picking up your order" email after that and I rest assured that the miles will post. Sometimes it has taken 2 or 3 days to post.

If the store failed to do that last part of the transaction that might be the issue. Not everyone is well trained.

Not Petsmart but Global Pets. I did an (in store) purchase on March 21 that shows my Air Miles on the receipt but my base points have not posted.

That solidifies my last partner count for Shop the Block. I was comtemplating going there anyway to pick up a few small things but that has turned into a definite go.

I would love to shop at Global more often but they don’t carry the dog food I buy and since Kona has no teeth I can’t buy treats. The last promo they had with the double offer I got her a new collar and leash.

She’s a very low maintenance girl. LOL…poops once a day and has zero interest in toys. The only thing she does for fun is rack up steep charges with the bum thermometer lady. Going to visit that place tomorrow because of aggressive full body sneezing that is causing nose bleeds.
