Are ya still with me? I am not sure if I am.
Life has been so very hectic. I will try to post an update tomorrow to my PTR... but at least let me get a small update done on this. Maybe I can get this one done before my January trip.
So the morning of the 16th, I needed to return the car. I was a little nervous about this. You see the night before mr. Josh had pointed out that the front bumper was seriously dented.
Like someone had ran up onto a curb or something... I knew I didn't do anything but I also knew that when I rented the car I didn't note any damage. I was worried.
Luckily, I drove the car to the drop off and went in and that was all it took. No inspections nothing. All that was left to do was to wait for the shuttle driver to take me back to the room.
Once in the room, I made breakfast for Alex and I. It was nice having a kitchen but it would have been nicer had I thought of seasonings when I bought eggs and butter. An unsalted egg just isn't as yummy.
We then all took a bus to DHS. Kira and Josh were already there. What were they doing? Well....
Somehow in that last one, I can't imagine that the person riding along side Kira is having a very good time.
Once we got to DHS, we of course had to hit Steve's favorite spot.
Writers Stop (sorry, no picture)
I wish he could have coffee in the room or while walking through the park but I suppose that if this is what makes a disney trip for him... then I will happily sit by as he sips his coffee.
Once we were all together it was time to do something new for Steve.
He LOVED it!! He did however agree it was not something I would enjoy.
Good!
So while they enjoyed their time on RNRC, I spoke to a DVC rep. I was really hoping to get a tour of the new GFV.
We then rode TSM. Finally, Alex was riding it! Poor kid is always sick when we go to DHS and while he still was in fact sick... at least he wasn't using his mug for things that need not be mentioned while riding back to the room on a bus.
Then we settled down to watch one of my favorite shows. The BATB show.
Steve had to step out during the show. He received a call that was quite startling. Someone (I believe) in Japan was attempting to make a $50000 (yes as in 50k) purchase with his corporate card.
It was stopped and they got it all worked out fast and simple. Still not the call you want to get while on vacation.
As I mentioned, poor Alex was not feeling well so at this point he wanted to go back to OKW. So that is what he did.
The rest of us went on a walk to Epcot - our second park of the day.
