Wow, and I thought I was lowballing RIV. Did they give you any kind of feedback on that other than declining?

I read this to mean that the seller wanted $106, rejected buyer offer of $95 but countered at $103 and buyer has not accepted.

Plus buyer wanted seller to pay MF and seller wanted buyer to pay…

Ah, I get it now…. not enough caffeine yet. Seller came down $3.

In fairness, I may have had too much coffee when writing this. This was what I meant.

No feedback or counter. I went in to it expecting a no but figured it was worth a shot since there weren't any points until December 2025 and its Riv resale

I offered $95 a few weeks ago with a broker I previously purchased from and she kindly told me good luck with that. The restrictions are rough but I’ll buy for the right price, good on you for shooting your shot.

I think that a $75pp offer might fall in the “wasting people’s time” range…..

Looking at some recent HHI prices, I remember a year or two bidding in the 60s and being laughed out of the room...

so glad those sellers said no to me... for both our sakes if they were able to sell...

just goes to show you the market will go where it needs to go...

If it’s the same as the other one below, you’re missing by $2 often.

They rejected $145????? In October, there was a listing with an ASKING price of $113. Needless to say, it sold quickly.
