New membership, can't access Interval.

New member here, when I try to go to the Interval site from DVC I get this error page at this page: disney.intervalworld.com/web/my/auth/sso/errorDVC Site.png
I am logged into my DVC Account of course, the info is not being communicated to Interval, it is a SSO error, or Single-Sign-On. Is there a certain time that DVC sends info to II? Which department is responsible for the Interval relationship?

I tried calling Member Services and they explained how Interval exchanges worked. She looked on her side and my interval account was set up. I was expecting it to be delayed for several weeks so was surprised she thought it was already set up. She then told me it was my computer messing up and I should go try at the library. (I tried 3 computers...) I was told I can't contact interval as my account is through DVC. Does anyone know the right phone number or transfer tree to get to DVC IT? Should I call Member services and ask for a supervisor or Member Administration? This is my first experience with DVC, one of the reasons I bought was the free II membership to book cash getaways. Thanks for any help, there is almost no info online for DVC members trying to access II.
