Thanks to @focusondisney and @vinotinto I saw Disney announced the November 2025 BB dates available so I called yesterday afternoon to see about adding November 1st to my already booked BB at Pop Century October 26th to October 31st. The CM was good and tried twice to add it and also tried making a new reservation for the 1 night. She said it wasn't accepting the BB offer code. And also admitted they were having issues with the BB offer and she didn't see any availability for the 1st. Well this was a red flag for me. I thanked her for trying and ended the call disappointed. Well as usual I wasn't satisfied so in the evening I called again. I got a great CM this time maybe the best one I have ever had in all my many many Disney calls. I explained what I wanted and she also told me they were having issues with some of the BB offer codes but she would do her best to add the date. After 2 long times on hold she was able to add November 1st to my reservation and also my DSIL one also. Yes it took an hour and twenty one minutes to do but being successful was all I cared about. I am a VERY patient person so I guessed that helped. I was also very nice about it all and she appreciated that. I am glad I called back and was successful. I know they only alot so many rooms on this offer but Disney just released them so I thought I had a good chance. I had to try and make that 2nd call. Now as for my spring trip that is another story. So far having no luck modifying that one but I will keep trying. Yes calling often is a daunting task but if I can have success it will be worth it. I am flexible with my dates and I do have a date at Pop Century booked thankfully but trying to change the room category. Regardless I will go and have a great time I know. Just wanted to share my recent experience. And thanks to everyone who shares their BB experiences and helpful info. Love this thread.
