Most Waitlist Come Through Single Trip?

What's the most number of waitlist you have had come through in a single trip? I'm on two so far and hoping for a magical third.

Went from BRV 2br to BRV 2br lockoff first waitlist. Second waitlist went from BRV 2br lockoff to a BWV 2br preferred. Got list going for Boardwalk view and for Resort View. Highly doubt either of those come along in the next 38ish days (left it as stop looking at 31 days out), but would be great if one of em did.

So yea, what's the most waitlist that you have had come through for a single booking for one trip?

Check the website. My 5 nights in a lockoff were available but my waitlist had not been filled. I modified my reservation myself.

It’s hard to say because I have used a combination of waitlist and stalking to get what I want.

If I think just of waitlist, I’d say 3 to 5 for the same trip…

6. We are there memorial day week so its not exactly a super slow time either.

Booked the first res 7 months on the dot, I think the lock-off waitlist filled around 30ish days later, had the BWV preferred view fill right at 90 days out from reservation start date.

that's amazing! my current plan is to have one of my home resorts booked (SSR) and at the 7 month window will attempt to switch to a 1BD at BWV and waitlist a 2BD at BRV ...maybe will also waitlist a 2BD at BWV, your success is giving me optimism!

we were there over MDW last year, also at BWV. loved it so much!

I don't even bother to book SSR which is also our home resort. I just shoot for my wants at 7 months. SSR will never be booked completely at 7 months, so to me its just easier to shoot for initial booking vs having to modify an existing res.

Worst case I don't hit on any of my wants, I'll book SSR and then hit waitlist and start stalking some.

To me, that's kind of one of the advantages to SSR, not having to worry about booking anything until 7 months, no need to scramble for something at 11 months that you might just swap out later.

We're going over Thanksgiving, and once the 11 month mark hit I found myself worrying about getting shut out if I didn't go ahead and lock in SSR just in case. That was most likely overblown on my end though. Definitely agree with you that I'd rather not be modifying and just booking at the 7 month mark!
