I’ve never done the counter service one before and have just booked it

How does it work for ordering and getting the fantasmic seating tickets?

The menu doesn’t appeal much to me but I was very unimpressed with my riverbelle meal last time and won’t do it again

You walk in the restaurant and there are two counters. Straight ahead are for guests ordering from the regular menu. To the left is a second counter for guests with the Fantasmic package. A CM will direct you to the correct line.

You take your tray with food, get your drink and go to the cashier. When you pay, the cashier will give you the ticket for Fantasmic. There is plenty of seating - both indoors and outdoors.

Awesome this is super helpful Thankyou

The process is definitely as easy as LKing described!

I thought the food was great, personally, but if it doesn't appeal to you, it may just be a personal preference thing. I chose to do Rancho over RiverBelle, because the price point was better AND I've honestly never had a meal at RiverBelle that I thought was great. Edible, passable, but never great. (And as long as my body will allow it, I'm totally fine with sitting on the ground too.)

So when I went back at the Holidays, they had someone I had to check in with in front of the restaurant and then they let you walk inside and order your food like Lking said

Has anyone had luck doing the lunch but getting the vouchers for the 2nd show instead of the 1st?

Yes, people have reported that they were able to do that. However, unless they changed things, it is YMMV. In general, I think it is easier to get tickets for the second show than it is for the first.

I have had several items from the RDZ Fantasmic menu and I enjoyed everything MUCH more than anything I’ve ever had at River Belle. I was wary of the menu descriptions but everything was great. I’ve had the shrimp tacos, potato tacos and carne asada and all the mains and sides were tasty and filling. (It does look like the sides have changed somewhat since I last had this.)

I'm sure the food tastes fine, it's more that I'm really picky, so while the shrimp taco is what I'll get most of the filling I'll pick out and I don't like corn either.

We got the plant based option and it was insanely good. Was nice to walk up and order our food when the line for non Fantasmic was really long.

I will say that the “plainest” item was the potatoes tacos. It was kind of like mashed potatoes in a crispy taco shell. I had this from the kids meal (my child wanted my steak) and it had no sauce and very little in the way of seasoning. But I thought it was really yummy.

Heads up, but the shrimp tacos are somewhat spicy. I did enjoy them but they have spice for sure.

How long ago? The potato tacos are now rolled tacos covered in a bunch of really good sauces.

don't have a pic do you? I'm trying to imagine it.

I don't mind a bit of spice so that should be fine, actually looking at the shrimp taco it looks good. I won't eat the corn side but the rice is fine.

I dont :( and i cant find one online either. They were so good. Much better than the standard potato tacos look. We did the dining package in Feb 2025. I hope they didn't change it back to the regular tacos.
