But travel in general has become insanely overpriced. Some travel deflation is well overdo.

And I think it is happening - at least in Florida at the non-Disney properties... The other hotels are returning to more reasonable levels in Orlando from what I can tell...

I'm surprised direct sales are going as strong as they are right now given so much change and uncertainty.

Makes me almost think resale will stay the same now because direct is so high and some benefits, at least for us, like out of the country member cruises on direct seem less appealing as my wife is a legal permanent resident with a squeaky clean record, yet our attorney has advised us not to leave the country for the time being.
