no CP, no Wishes, no Pirate & Pals....ARGH

And here is the unhelpful response I got from the WDW site.
I am already calling the 407-WDW-PLAY number on a daily basis to no avail.
The CMs there have all given us different stories as to what the problem is.
So if they don't know whats wrong shouldn't someone be looking into this so that it can be fixed or the proper information shared?

I just LOVE when any CS sends you a response that has nothing to do with your initial inquiry...just like an insurance appeal I just made....denied because they "paid it as according to the tier that the institution fell into"....um yeh but that wasn't what I was disputing! I'd have drawn them a picture today while I was inquiring about their random response but I was on the phone and she'd not be able to see the picture of me putting a noose around her neck very well!

I thought BOG was announced to be opening Aug 29. Don't quote me as we aren't waiting for ADRs for it but I thought that te announcement was for end of Aug. check the info so you aren't late.

Got my date, Tues 18th Dec, so we book into a pirates room at cbr for 1 night that day, have pirates league in the afternoon and then pirates cruise in the evening. So pleased and relieved

Seems like just after we started peppering them with emails P&P came out! I'm not looking at going there this time though. It isn't a character event so I'm ok with waiting....

Thanks Stephanie, yes I have posted in the waiting to make BOG ADR's thread, but hadn't checked it for a few days!
Its the last thing I want to book for so I hope it won't be too long, although I'm well practised now after waiting for P and P.
I did a survey on WDW website the other day and in the comments at the end I said that they needed to get their act together regarding p and p! Obviously demand from the masses worked on this occaision!
