There isn't any doubt the link posted was from the TA site, yellowfin said as much. The post gave DIS members a way to get the current brochure. It also tends to confirm that there is a computer issue rather than Disney deciding to drop the 5 page brochure. The brochure on the website isn't even the 4 page version of the brochure that was posted immediately prior to the 5 page brochure.
The meal plan wasn't available in 2003 and the 4 page brochure isn't even an original brochure, it shows some of the extra snacks and CRT as a 2 credit restaurant.
Good catch with the 2003 name for the file. No wonder some of IT people are confused when Disney doesn't properly label the files. Using the exact same file name for newer versions of the same pdf file may be confusing the IT people.
