Shaping up for 2.0

I'm down 41 pounds since Christmas. Today I ran 2.5 of my 5 mile walk/run. I feel super freaking great!
 
Yes !!!! I'm down 4.6 pounds. Only 14.4 left to shed. With a new haircut and a new outlook...this is going to be a good week. Happy Monday to everyone. 4 weeks from right now, I will on a plane headed to Orlando.

That's amazing!!! GREAT job!! :thumbsup2 I'm starting on the track tonight after work! Walking a few miles around town is one thing - running a track is something else. We'll see how far I get! LOL

YAY!! Good for you!! My weigh in day is tomorrow, although I'm debating whether I should go or not. I've been going every other week, just to see a greater weight loss whenever I go! I guess I'll see if I'm in a 'fat' mood tomorrow after work, or not! LOL Oh, and I'm down to 10 days until Disney myself - can't wait!! :banana:
 
I have lost 40 pounds since December! I hope to be down by 10 more pounds by May! I can tell the difference because I do not get winded anymore when I walk or ride my bike.

I'm SO glad I decided to go to my weigh in tonight! I'm down another 3.6 lbs!! Since 1/12, I'm down a total of 31.2!! And, even better, I was able to do 2.5 miles on the track yesterday without breaking a sweat! Granted, it was just a quick walk and not a run...but, I was still happy! I'm heading back there tomorrow night to give the jogging a try - Lord help me! LOL

I have been going more often, so thats good.

I'm down to 208 lbs as of today. Lots of lifting and running lately. I'm not overly concerned with the number on the scale, just my overall fitness. :thumbsup2

Just finished a 5K. 23:10. I felt like I was dragging a trailer today. :sad2:
