What’s for Dinner Tonight?

Tonight was Real Good chicken lasagna, an apple and the rest of the mini chocolate cookies.
Tomorrow we head to the ship and we'll have no internet for the week

We had noodles tonight. I had grilled shrimp with rice noodles and DH had beef with drunken noodles.

Last night we had marinated pork tenderloin, roasted potatoes and broccoli.
Tonight, we had grilled tuna steaks and fried rice.

Rotisserie chicken from Sam's, Noodle Roni shells w/white cheddar, broccoli, and salad from a bag. Quick and easy, but tasty and reasonably nutritious.

Last night ended up being open faced turkey with mashed potatoes and gravy. Tonight will be either enchiladas or beef tips and udon.

We go out on Saturday night. I had prime rib green beans and a glass of wine ( I didn’t eat the mashed) DH had lobster newberg green beans and a bourbon old fashioned.

We went out for a friends birthday. I had a white sangria, shared the split burrata with pesto, their house chicken, and split the limoncello cake. Other than the non ripe tomatoes it was delicious!

We are having our st paddy’s day redo - so corned beef and cabbage

It is a dog food making day... so burgers and tots for the humans

We ran errands most of the day and stopped for Mexican while we were out. I had cheese enchiladas.

My washing machine is dying. I just texted our contractor to say hey I might have to buy a new one. Would I have it installed in the basement or new laundry room? He replied with interesting lol. Hoping it’s not dead as it’s not in my budget with all the housework.

Friday night, we shared Sesame Crusted Tuna & Parmesan Herb-Crusted Great Lakes Walleye w/Basmati rice & broccoli

Saturday, we went to watch an 80s band at a restaurant/bar. We shared fried portobello mushrooms & nachos.

Tonight, we arrived in Dayton, OH to cold, nasty weather. Dinner was the free meal at Drury Inn. Once again, it wasn't great, but it was better than going back out in the cold rain.

Spaghetti with salad and ciabatta bread. I used to make my own sauce all the time until fairly recently I discovered a jarred tomato sauce at Lidl that tastes exactly like mine, so now I just buy that lol. Makes spaghetti dinners so much easier.

Yesterday dd had a tailgate after her lacrosse game so we had some of that stuff. I made corn salsa and chocolate chip cookie dough dip. They also had chicken tenders, fruit, assorted desserts. Once we got home, we heated up some store bought frozen pork carnitas for carnitas bowls with corn, rice, black beans, etc.

Tonight we had some homemade Italian wedding soup, grilled wings and roast beef sliders.

Homemade pizza with salad. Pepperoni for DH and veggie for me. A friend makes a great pizza dough and I found 2 balls of his dough in the freezer so that inspired tonight’s dinner.
