We had a lot of fun with our version of the four park challenge last year - I'd highly recommend (if you've got the stamina). Four parks in one day, 3 rides in each including at least one headliner in each and only using Disney transportation We had to collect a number of things in each park and get group and character photopass photos. It took 15 hours but was well worth it:
