ATTQOTD: Original injury wasn't silly or stupid - I slept funny and aggravated my back. It happens to me occasionally, I usually just need a few days of rest.QOTD: What's the silliest/stupidest/not due to running injury you've gotten that has kept you from running?
But the silly part was ... stupid me figured "oh I won't run but I can definitely cross-train" so I went to barre class and aggravated it even more and then ended up needing to take about 2.5 weeks off from running. And this was less than 2 months before a half, so my training got cut down quite a bit.
