QOTD: What is one thing that you could either stop doing or start doing that would have a huge positive impact for your health/running goals?

ATTQOTD: I think if I could cut out soft drinks I have daily, sometimes two a day, I could potentially see some good benefits from that. Also, if they would stop putting skittles in the vending machine at work that would be great! Im a sucker for skittles!! Not a big chip guy, but the darn skittles call my name lol. Or maybe its beer... But thats not a daily thing, more like a Saturday post run deal... occasionally 1-2 on a Friday. Beer is probably worse, but those IPA's are so tasty!!
 
Has anyone been following the World Marathon Challenge? The woman who’s come in first the last few races is an ultra runner from Spain and has been finishing in the 3:10-3:20 range. Insane.

I’m mostly following them on instagram! The official account posts updates. There’s also a guy doing it on a sponsorship, Wyatt Moss, posting videos but on a delay.
