ATTQOTD: I wish I knew what I needed to stop doing to keep my neck issue away, but that's not really going to happen--age takes its toll and discs degenerate. Of course, I could say that about all the random injuries that crop up where I just say "but how did this happen?"
As for things to do, I think my answer will always be strength training, in the noble, but futile quest to shed the extra pounds that slowly add themselves on. Although given that I have done more of that in this year so far, I am partly convinced it relates to my neck issue, so yeah. My diet is reasonable, and I refuse to give up life's small pleasures of one oreo or square of chocolate after lunch and dinner.
I am grateful I live a life taking no meds (so far) and with no truly nasty chronic issues to deal with.
