QOTD: What is one thing that you could either stop doing or start doing that would have a huge positive impact for your health/running goals?
ATTQOTD: I think if I could cut out soft drinks I have daily, sometimes two a day, I could potentially see some good benefits from that. Also, if they would stop putting skittles in the vending machine at work that would be great! Im a sucker for skittles!! Not a big chip guy, but the darn skittles call my name lol. Or maybe its beer... But thats not a daily thing, more like a Saturday post run deal... occasionally 1-2 on a Friday. Beer is probably worse, but those IPA's are so tasty!!
