The often-missed things in the parks

Years ago, I had a whole list of little things to find in the parks that most people don't know about. Pull the cord at the well at Indiana Jones, wake up Tink, listen to a phone conversation, look for Pascal etc. I've been out of the loop for a while, and after seeing a video this morning showing a bucket at a well in Germany with pen and paper in it (so you can drop a wish in the well), I got to wondering what else I want to keep my eyes open for on my next trip. Please list things you know about. Thanks!

Nautilus submarine (about 3 inches long) carved into the wood above the side door inside the tree outside Winnie the Pooh. Squid weathervane and vultures above the outside lift hill at 7 Dwarfs. Crocodile and pirate ship weathervanes above the Peter Pan ride. Peter Pan's shadow on the pavement outside the PP entrance (you have to be lucky enough to get there mid afternoon when the sun's at the right angle). Key under the mat just inside the entrance to MuppetVision (if it's still open}.

I remember another one at MuppetVision-"A Net Full Of Jello", sort of like Annette Funnicello".
