Hi all! Thought I’d start this thread, since I keep an eye on the Thanksgiving Day menus each year.

Here are the last 3 years of menus, for reference. (Not sure why nothing was posted for 2022.) I’ll be sure to update this thread as menus/offerings at resorts are posted!

A Thanksgiving Feast​

Celebrate Thanksgiving with a bountiful feast at Sanaa! A special holiday menu will be offered in lieu of the regular lunch and dinner menus from 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM on Thanksgiving Day—Thursday, November 28, 2024.

The Thanksgiving menu will include:

• Thanksgiving Day Dinner with spiced turkey, turkey confit, mashed potatoes, roasted brussels sprouts, green beans with apricot butter, naan bread stuffing, ginger-cardamom cranberries and turkey gravy
• Seasonal Salad featuring chermoula quinoa, pickled watermelon radish, spice-scented apricots, hibiscus onions, smoked pears, roasted sweet potato, caramelized pumpkin seeds, tamarind vinaigrette and black sea salt
• Giraffe Tower Mousse featuring banana cake, peanut butter mousse, banana mousse and caramel with Tanzanian peanut brittle crunch

Celebrate Thanksgiving with a bountiful feast at lunch or dinner! A special 3-course meal will be offered in lieu of the regular lunch and dinner menus from noon to 10:00 PM on Thanksgiving Day—Thursday, November 28, 2024.

Your holiday meal begins with cornbread and a house salad. Then, dig into one of these all-you-care-to-enjoy skillets:

• Thanksgiving Skillet featuring oak-smoked turkey, slow-smoked pulled pork, Western-style sausages, maple-chipotle pork ribs, cornbread stuffing, sautéed green beans, giblet gravy, cranberry relish, buttered corn and smashed Yukon potatoes
• Plant-Based Skillet featuring maple-chipotle barbecued jackfruit, spicy 'sausage’, mustard-glazed beefless tips, herb-brushed Trick'n Chick'n, roasted potatoes, oven-roasted carrots, sautéed green beans and charred peppers

Celebrate Thanksgiving with a delicious meal! Ale & Compass Restaurant will offer the regular dinner menu and a couple of holiday-inspired dishes from noon to 10:00 PM on Thanksgiving Day—Thursday, November 28, 2024. The regular lunch menu will not be available.

Special holiday menu items will include:

• A traditional Thanksgiving meal with roasted turkey, stuffing, gravy, vegetables and cranberry relish
• A holiday roulade dessert featuring molasses chiffon cake, orange Earl Grey mousse, spiced fruit chutney and blood orange sauce

I'll take a look. They weren't available on the app when I last looked, but I'll keep checking!
Right now we have a 5pm at STK and a past 8pm at Grand Floridian Cafe (where we are staying). DH lobbying for STK, I am thinking GFC might be a nice relaxing end to our day. No matter what, we won't go hungry.

If I want to upgrade my 7 day date based ticket to an AP at the end of our trip so as not to deal with park reservations, is the only drawback that I would have to pay extra for the memory maker instead of getting the $99 AP add on deal?

I missed the 60 day booking window because my mind was occupied by other things, but did a random refresh today and was able to book this. Sanaa is our favorite restaurant so this is fitting. Also, that Mousse has my attention.
