We will be there 9/9 - 9/16. This is only our 2nd time at DL, but our first visit was only 2 days and we stayed off site. This time we are staying at DLR using our DVC points. Was able to get Oogie Boogie tickets and all of the dining reservations we wanted. The only thing I am missing is WOC, but still haven't seen anything for that week.

Trying to figure out what kind of clothing to pack...any suggestions? Seems it will be fairly warm during the day, but wasn't sure if I needed to pack pants or light jackets for the evening.

It’s a toss up! I’d just keep an eye on the weather the week before your trip.

Taking my mom to a concert in Las Vegas the last week of Sept. We're not gamblers so we decided to fly in early and spend a couple of days at Disneyland before we drive to Vegas. Grand Californian 9/27-9/30. Can't wait!

I saw posts on IG and immediately went to book. I was able to get brunch on the Saturday of race weekend. Still debating between this one and Goofy's Kitchen Halloween breakfast/brunch.

Due to Disney changing the early entry days for early September, I've been forced to change my plans. As a result I had to cancel some dining reservations and add others. Of course everything I now need is fully booked so I turned to *********** to help me out finding them. As a test I signed up to get an "alert" for one of the reservations I was about to cancel.

It worked a charm.

I setup the alert at 8:00am
Canceled the reservation at 8:36am
Confirmed on the Disney Dining site it was available for booking at 8:38am
Received the alert from *********** at 8:40am (free plan)
Confirmed it was still available and could have been booked at 8:41am.

FYI, it's for Olga's at 1:30pm on Sept 8th if anyone wants to act fast....

Ahh, apparently, we are not allowed to reference the Disney meal alert website I mentioned above. So I will leave it censored.

I feel like my head is about to explode as I check back every morning to see if the railroad and/or monorail will be back up by the time of our visit. This trip is really just for my son, and he has very intense, but narrow interests - Star Wars, trains & monorails, a couple Pixar things. He won’t care about anything else. At this point they are both down for over a month. “Come on come on come on pwwwweeeeeeeeeeezzze Eddy!!”

Is that on the website? Buried in the app somewhere? When I go to the day under “Park Hours and Info” in the app, I don’t see anything about events. Im not sure where else to look for future events

Bummer to see that since the Halloween change, Kylo Ren is not at Galaxy’s Edge almost at all. That was the one character my son actually wanted to try to interact with. Seems weird since he’s a villain!

A bunch of random stuff comes up (like stuff that isn’t even happening currently), but I can’t find a way to do that for my particular Disneyland date, which is what I was asking about.

I wish they had it on mobile.

Just because I can’t find it, doesn’t mean it’s not there! I’m not always so savvy…

The same happens for me on the website. Have you tried searching for specific entertainment such as "Deadpool"?
