The ppp will likely climb with ROFR…. maybe someone ticked off with the refurb within your parameters….

The perfect contract just needs to wait and show up AFTER we finish with some house renovations/projects. Which likely won't be until 2027. So we've got some time. It will be interesting to see what happens over the next year or so.

Glad I got my $225 non stripped contract when I did last year if they are gonna keep ROFRing VGC. They are never going to let the price drop if they are still selling out their direct points as soon as they get them!

16+ years is a long time to enjoy some great resorts if it's where you want to be. I might not make it my only resort, but I'm not going to deprive myself of where I want to be on WDW trips for the next 16 years over what it's going to be like in 2042.
