Resort availability

Hi:
I am on a waitlist and check numerous time a day as well as booking any individual days that become available. Is there a way other than checking the website, to get alerts that a date that I am looking for has become available? I know there are some older threads about this, but I didn't know if they are now outdated.

Unfortunately there is not . As a fellow waitlist-er and site stalker I feel your pain, I’ve waitlisted and am currently stalking one night in late October and it hasn’t come through yet; I’ve been stalking for a month now and it’s driving me NUTS.

I thought that would be the case. I never tried walking or stalking before and I figured that if someone had found a way, Disney would find a way to not let that happen. Good luck with your stalking. I will continue mine.

Do you leave the site open or do you sign out and in every time you check? I read on one of the threads that you need to sign out in between checking, otherwise it wouldn’t update, so that’s what I have been doing. It’s driving me crazy because it would be easier if I could just leave it open.

You can leave it open, clicking the Update button will refresh what (if anything) is available that meets your search criteria (dates, room type, resorts)….

I know this because of my searches keeps teasing me by flitting a studio for my date in and out of availability (wrong view for the rest of my reservation, otherwise I would have jumped on it )…

Years ago, there was a site that did it and I believe they were shut done with a cease and desist from DVC!

I feel your pain i am currently waitlisted and stalking bcv and of course i have a reservation one day and then a gap and then a reservation the next and another gap First waitlist came thru within a week and now the other 2 days nothing so far. I have okw booked as a backup but we really want to stay here
