Ramada Anaheim Maingate/At the Park - new name?

I'm trying to check hotel rates for next June. I couldn't find any rooms available at Ramada Anaheim Maingate/At the Park . I thought that was odd this early but I think I read somewhere about the motel being bought out and it will have a new name. I checked a bunch of random dates and after January I couldn't find any dates available. Does anyone know if it has been sold? What is the new name?

Thank you for confirming that something is going on. I thought I might be crazy. I wonder when they will start taking reservations for the new name, whatever it is.

ETA: I discovered that the website I was looking at was the corporate website. The website for just that hotel has a phone number to call for reservations after February 1st. I'll call tomorrow.

Interesting. We have a few nights booked the week of January 24th, wonder if they'll have the new building done by then. We walked by it this past week and it looks nice!

interesting, I just went to their website and chose the same dates that we have reserved and all the rates are showing as $0

The new name will be announced in 8 days.

That's the hotel I was going to book for my birthday trip in the new year. I'll be interested to hear how it shapes up price-wise compared to what I was going to pay.
