Planning trip for september, book now or wait for a deal?

So beginning to plan for a trip in september. I see on the website theres currently deals for stays between May and July. Wondering, based on past patterns, if it makes sense to wait for any fall type of rates, or if I should just go ahead and book now.

They already released later summer, some dates further out AP discount. There’s a discount for 5 nights or longer stays that cover September for general public

Both. I would make a reservation through my favorite travel agent now and let them watch for discounts for me as my trip approaches. That is what the good TAs do.

Even when Disney offers discounts it tends to only be on certain types of rooms and the fine print 'up to ?%', so you just never know. If you have a certain room category/resort in mind, it is better to have a reservation than be stuck without it.

Look at the website again. There is a free dining package, a kids ticket discount, a public room discount & annual pass room discount offer all for September. Not sure what other type of rate you could be looking for. Unless something happens to totally tank the economy & a majority of people cancel their trips… this is almost certainly as good as it will get.
