Photo quality help?

So I’m pretty sure this isnt the intended purpose of this board but maybe someone can help me. My daughter is a senior this year and they’re already bugging us about providing baby pictures. She wants to do a Disney theme. We went to Disney with my mom when my daughter was just shy of 5 months. Unfortunately the only photos I can find of our trip, I lifted off Facebook. Poor quality. Is there anyway to fix this?

Is this better? I used an app called Picsart online (available from App Store or Google Play). It was easy to use; so easy I'm considering getting it myself to improve many of my old photos from the '70s and '80s. Read up online for more info. All I used was their Unpixelate images tool but I would sharpen this image further before final use. The cost might be worth it if you need to work on multiple images or if you don't have other editing apps like Photoshop to sharpen your photos. And I'm sure if you search a little there are other apps that do the same thing.
