Odds of walking up for a drink (or dinner) at BellaVista Lounge or Oceano?

Hey everyone! So I messed up... We're staying at MiraCosta as hotel guests the night before our vacation package starts. We don't have a view of the harbor, so we were hoping to dine at either Oceano or BellaVista Lounge. I didn't realize the Disney hotel restaurants had a longer booking period than the restaurants in the park, and we're almost at the 30 day mark, so of course all the slots are gone now. If we wanted to try and do a walk-up at one of them, or even just stop in for a drink at the bar (probably at BellaVista), is there a chance of just walking up and getting something?

We also noticed that BellaVista is open an hour after park close, so we'd be willing to try outside of park hours if that would help any. We were thinking of trying after the nighttime show at 7:30 ends, maybe it would open up some? Thanks!!

It's always worth a try, but from what I can gather both venues usually book up extremely fast, as you are taken out onto the terrace at 7.20pm to view the show Believe! from the restaurant balcony.

I've had a look at the Silk road garden which is also in the Miracosta and that has always seems to have availability. Might worth taking a look?
