Whatever they have done has significantly decreased performance of the site. It’s very slow for me and pages are not loading correctly.

I have an issue now where I can’t modify a reservation because it’s saying that I have no points remaining in that contract to do so and wants me to borrow, when the modification requires fewer points than what is currently used. I called MS yesterday and they said that it would take TWO WEEKS to get this sorted out. Meanwhile, I needed to book the room for the 13th so there goes that.

Very annoying. I just modified by adding a day to a reservation and it worked ok for me - maybe as I had points left in the contract?

There is definitely something weird going on with contracts which have no points available - they are not showing up in ‘manage vacation points’.

A few months ago I started stalking Sept 1 studios to possibly switch from home resort. Checked repeatedly day/night for 2 months and while other days popped open, Sept 1 had nothing (moonlight magic date).

It was odd this morning to find Copper Creek Sept 1-4 open at 7:15am this morning. I only went to check my account after seeing reports of site issues lately and out of curiosity looked at Sept 1st. Could this availability be related to some accounts not working resulting in lower competition, or just sheer happenchance?

I'd guess that is sheer happen chance. I mean the other night I was looking for the 7 month mark between Christmas and New Years knowing we were still 1+ months away from that, but an AK 1 BR Value was open....and then quickly somebody booked it. I think for the CCV it was just random luck that it was there when you looked..

I can say that it’s more than DVC as the travel agent site has been very wonky too.

It was on and off yesterday with things not loading correctly.

I was able change a trip in DVC though even with the wonky stuff

Could they be putting inventory back from the Refurb already?
CCV is supposed to be finished in September.

Apparently I spoke too soon.
Booking a reservation in the 2025 Use Year and a contract that I want to borrow 2026 points is not showing up.
I currently have 0 2025 points but I should be able to borrow from its 2026 points into 2025 as I have previously.

Rex usually equals an account issue (usually dues not paid....whether accurate or not). You should call Member Services.

Are anyone of you able to access the Membership magic beyond section of the website after login?

I can only access it before login not after. Its as if the page does not exists.

Maybe it's just me because I'm international - however I was able to buy MMB in the first place and it always worked. So figured its either another website error or my because of my account.

I have not tried today but yesterday I could see the original advertisement MMB page but if I tried to access any further info it would error out

I can only see the page if I’m not signed in. Signing in gives me an ordinary 404 error - page can’t be found.
