Hi Anna, glad dd has made her decision! I think that's great she based it on what was best for her and not just where most of her friends are going. That shows a lot of maturity which is really awesome at that age. I hear you on eating well one day only to get stressed and overeat the next. Consistency is tough sometimes! Great job getting in the water, the exercise will come back when your body is healthy. Ankles need to be well before they can do their job! Hope this week started off on the right foot (no pun ) and that you had a nice, relaxing weekend!
