No. Neither a MB+ nor a KTTW Card can open two stateroom doors. If you need access, you will need to go to Guest Services and request KTTW cards for the other stateroom.

That being said... if you have connecting rooms, you don't need to be able to open both doors, as long as the door between the rooms is left unlocked.
