Basically, has anyone bought from them before with no problems?

First time buying from a 3rd party since we normally just do 1 day-1 park and it's not worth the effort haha. Ares Travel seems to be the cheapest option with $341 for 2-day park hoppers with genie vs $355 thru Disney directly and $346 thru Undercover.

Thanks for your help!

I saw reputable references on Ares (from some of the regulars over at Touring Plans), so I decided to purchase tickets through them for our upcoming trip in May. I received the order confirmation in a prompt manner, and successfully linked our tickets through my Disney account. Made park reservations just like normal. So far, so good, and looking forward to our trip.

I've bought from them in the past (before times). They're an authorized third party retailer and I never personally had any issues. Both times I upgraded the tickets to APs with no problems and got gate price instead of the price I paid. They, like others, add a small service fee.

This is exactly what I hoped to hear, thanks!!

Through Ares, I'm seeing a 2 day hopper + genie at $344 + $2 convenience fee, so $346 total? Maybe I'm missing something? I prefer Undercover because of their refund policy. There is a 5% fee if you ask for a refund, but you're not paying anything for that service unless you use it. Ares charges a $25 insurance fee upfront, if you choose to purchase it.

They have a 5$ off coupon currently, making it $341 including the fee. I don't really care about a refund, I will go to Disneyland eventually even if for some reason I have to cancel this trip so I'm not worried.

What if reservations stay? Are you close enough that you can go in person before your park days to upgrade? In time to book reservations?

My reservation window opens this weekend and my parents live 2 hrs away so I know I will be in the area at least 2 times per year.

I went ahead and bought the tickets and linked them no problem to my account, thanks everyone you saved us almost $45 to spend on beignets and churros :D

Bought from them end of January for our March trip, zero issues at all, would buy from there again without hesitation.
