Hmm, 100 eggs... most things adults would appreciate will add up and get expensive quickly if you need 100 of them.
What about writing fortunes, or having tickets in them and then a drawing for a bigger prize/prizes ?
Or you could do $- small amounts like coins with occasional dollar coin and a few with larger cash depending on what you can afford ?

Adult Easter Egg Hunt
You need 10 decent gifts,100 plastic eggs, and numbers 1-100 printed papers.
100 numbers written on pieces of paper-- cut out--put into eggs.
Each person goes on an Egg Hunt and collects 10 eggs.
Each person's 10 eggs go into a Easter Basket and one number is picked out.
They choose "their" gift according to the one number they picked out of the Easter Basket.
Hope that makes sense?
Hugs Mel

What is your budget? I love the idea of 100 numbers in 100 eggs, but it's hard to get 10 gifts, for under $100. Are the people attending couples, singles, family members, or a combination?

If you went with the numbers in the eggs idea, I would have them add up the totals of their 10 numbers. The person with the lowest number would pick a prize first. The person that has the number which is the next highest, could pick a prize, or take the prize the first person chose, and so on, until the person with the highest number picks last and has the choice of any prize. I've found that liquor is the most in demand gift lot l.

Gift ideas

$5 Starbucks card and a cute mug
$10 Starbucks card
$10 fast food card (chipotle, taco bell, Pandora etc)
Bottle of wine
6 pack craft beer
Box of assorted chocolates
Basket with small items from bed bath and beyond
Dinner in a box, spaghetti, sauce, French bread, a bag of salad
Gift certificate for two movie tickets
$20

Have a wonderful day! Sounds like a lot of fun!

I fill all eggs with candy. In some I add a note which states pick an envelope with a # 1-15. In some it states pick a prize with a # 1-15. On some of the papers I just put Happy Easter because they can sometimes see through the eggs. The envelopes have $1., $2., $5. or $10 in them. The prizes are snacks. They have a lot of fun with this. I use to just do the kids but the youngest is 9 now so last year included the adults. There are about 15 who do the hunt.

I suggest getting 10 gifts that cost about $10 each, instead of little things for 100 gifts.

Then fill all the eggs with pennies, nickels, and dimes. You could even throw in the odd quarter or a dollar bill... At the end of the hunt, they count up all the money (which they get to keep- but it won't be much...) Whomever has the most money gets to pick a gift first, all the way down to the last person. The gifts are similar value (or not, whatever you want) but the most desirable gift will go first. Those could be anything- bath and body works, a box of popcorn and a $5 movie from walmart, ingredients for smores, a giftcard to starbucks, whatever.

On the other hand, you could fill the eggs with a random amount of money up to $100 and each person gets to find 10 eggs, and see how much money they get.

My MIL did one for us. She put numbered slips of paper in each egg. At the end she drew a number and the person who had it won a gift card and candy basket.

For my adult kids, I was able to purchase gift cards from Amazon, Sam's, BJ's, etc at a discount. For example, 5 $10 Cold Stone Creamery cards for for $40, so that saved me $10.

I have different colored eggs for each adult. Three of the eggs have candy, some have a specific gift that was purchased for them. The rest all have a number which they will then get to choose from inexpensive gifts. None of us drink alcohol so I have a variety of things like gum, candles and flowers. Still need about 25 more things. Also everyone gets a lottery ticket.

We have an adult hunt each year. Everyone brings a dozen eggs & corresponding prizes if the prize does not fit into the egg.
The most unique prize was brought by my nephew - he brought a (new in pkg.) rat trap....it was funny-we all had a good laugh...not something any of the rest of us would bring.
I've done windex touch screen wipes, shout portable wipes (each are individually packaged-but can be bought in a box of multiples),packages of emery boards, nail polish remover wipes, facial masks or scrubs, trial size lotions, shampoo, packages of cheese & crackers, snack mix, soup to go,rice crisps,protein/energy drinks, brownie mix, hand lotion, bath & body works shower gel/body lotion, muffin mix, lip balm, coffee mug, sample size coffees in different flavors, pkg of annual flowers, garden seed, flower seeds, etc.
