Hotel for HHN?

Looking for recommendations on the most convenient hotel for doing Halloween Horror Nights. It will just be a one night stay so I'm not really concerned about hotel amenities - just looking for something that will make it easy to get to and from HHN. We'll have a rental car but not sure if that will be more or less hassle than an Uber (or are there any hotels that are safely walkable?)
