Haneda Airport to Miracosta. Reccomendations for the easiest, most convenient way with luggage?

Traveling next week and still haven't figured out how we will get to the Miracosta Hotel. Traveling with my 12 year old and luggage so I want to keep it simple and get our vacation started as soon as possible

How easy is it to catch a taxi? Or an Uber without pre-booking? And are they generally reputable, safe companies or should I book in advance with a site such as Klook?

Also after our Disney portion of the trip, we are heading to Tokyo. Is it easy to catch an uber or Taxi to our next destination?

Thanks to everyone in advance. This site has been so helpful. I hope to bring back some info and experiences with everyone that might help them.

We prebooked with tokyo airporter. They were great, reliable, and well priced. From Disney to central tokyo it should be easy to use a regualr taxi. We used the go taxi app for taxis in tokyo, its their verison of uber.

I booked with the limo-bus-shuttle that's on the disney Tokyo website. It looks similar to Mears, but you need to choose a time instead of showing up and taking the next shuttle.

The last limo bus from terminal 1 and 2 is around 8:20p. The last from T3 is around 6:50.

We recently took the Llimo Bus from HND to Tokyo Hilton downtown. They go to TDR hotels too. Couldn’t have been easier or more efficient. Two checked bags per person. They do all the luggage handling at the curb. Cost us (2) under $20 total. You can book on their site and get you QR ticket codes, or purchase tickets from airport kiosks or the Limo Bus desk. So easy.

We’ve booked our return trip to HND from FSH for this Thursday.

For the downtown Tokyo Hilton, they made two stops before our third stop, which was the last. The stops were all within a block or three of each other.

The Limo Bus website will show you the exact stops your route will make.

I'm planning a trip. No personal experience. Check flightaware.com. Does your flight generally land early or late? What terminal? Can you easily get from T3 to T2?

The schedule has been expanded since the pandemic so from Haneda, the bus is currently available till about 8:30PM. Maybe you're misremembering people's experiences from Narita where the last bus is a bit too early for international flights arriving later in the afternoon.

Miracosta is one of the earlier stops. Basically, it goes to Tokyo Disneyland, DisneySea and Ambassador before stopping at the Miracosta. So unlike say, the Hilton which is the last stop, you won't be circling the Tokyo Disney Resort area for very long before getting off. If nobody on your bus is even going to Ambassador, it'll skip that stop entirely.

Another vote for the airport limo bus. Super easy, affordable and efficient.
