grocery delivery

I'm thinking of getting an instacart delivery for some breakfast items and fruit while we are at Universal (Cabana Bay)
How does this work?

I've done it at Disney before and bell services delivered it to us. But at Universal I'm thinking of having it delivered on our resort day so we will be available to take the delivery.
How should I organise it?
