Didn't quite make my goal, as I slipped on the ice and jammed my toe pretty badly. A good part of my foot turned purple, but at least it wasn't broken! I had to lay off walking on the treadmill for a few days, but I did manage
45 minutes from a couple of chair yoga / "senior" (seated) workout videos on
YouTube, but then got busy on Friday and didn't do the last 20 minutes I needed, so I'm finishing at
580/600.
