Food At DLP

I really hope this is the right place to ask this. Last year I visited Disneyland Paris for the first time and while I was there I Had a character meal in the Plaza gardens restaurant. In the restaurant they had something labeled 'beef brisket in pepper sauce' it was like a peppery gravy type sauce. but when I've looked for it in the uk I can only find a cream like sauce (not the same one as I had in the park). does anyone know the name of the dish as I've been trying to find it ever since Thanks in advance
